Why has the greatest crime in U. S. history never had a criminal investigation?
The Gypsy Scholar is convinced, after examining the evidence, that 9/11 Was An Inside Job. However, he is not asking listeners to necessarily agree with this position vis-a-vis what happened on 9/11. By broadcasting what those in the 9/11 Truth movement have uncovered about the Official Conspiracy Theory (as embodied in the government's 9/11 Commission Report) and its Cover-Up, the Gypsy Scholar is simply asking his fellow Americans--especially those influential on the Left/Progressive side of the political spectrum--to at least have enough doubt and suspicion about the official story to call for a real investigation of the events of 9/11. As for the questions of exactly how was it pulled off and precisely who was really behind it, these do not have to be answered now (nor should those in the 9/11 Truth community be brow-beaten to name names or shut up). It is enough that we have poked so many holes in the superstructure of the Official Conspiracy Theory that it has collapsed in upon itself. And, thus, as far as the debate about 9/11 goes, the supporters of the thoroughly discredited Official Conspiracy Theory should be on the defensive and have a lot of explaining to do--not those of us in the 9/11 Truth community. Only with a fair investigation of the events of 9/11 (with the forensic evidence accumulated by our scientifically competent researchers) will the answers that the skeptics demand of us be eventually forthcoming. This is why the Gypsy Scholar joins others of 9/11 Truth community in calling for a re-opening of the investigation into 9/11.

Why you should DEMAND a new 9/11 investigation (some questions):

WTC Building 7, a 47 story tall skyscraper was the 3rd building to
collapse that day. Why was it not even mentioned in the 9/11 Commission
Report? • Is it a coincidence that a military simulation of hijacked
planes flying into buildings was taking place on the morning of 9/11? •
Why does the data recorder of Flight 77 show a flight path in a
different place than the one released by the 911 Commission? • BBC and CNN began reporting WTC 7 had collapsed almost a half-hour before it did? How did they know this and who told them? • The head of Pakistani Intelligence transferred $100K to Mohammed Atta, but was not investigated. WHY? • Why have the 80+ surviellence videos outside the Pentagon never been released? • Why has it never been explained what caused so much steel to turn into molten metal at the WTC site? •
What force pulverized most of the concrete and office material of the
towers into dust, then ejected steel beams in the air? • WHY IS IT NOW UNPATRIOTIC TO ASK QUESTIONS?

Most so-called "9/11 conspiracy theories"
generally originate from dissatisfaction with the official (government)
account of 9/11 (the "Moslem Terrorist" conspiracy theory). The mildest
form of the theory is that incompetence or negligence from U.S.
personnel was covered up by the official reports. Additionally, some
claim that the involvement of a foreign government or organization,
other than al-Qaeda, has been covered up. The most prevalent theories
can be broadly divided into two main forms:
LIHOP ("let
it happen on purpose") - suggests that key individuals within the
government had at least some foreknowledge of the attacks and
deliberately ignored them or actively weakened America's defenses to
ensure the hijacked flights were not intercepted.
MIHOP
("made it happen on purpose") - that key individuals within the
government planned the attacks, collaborated with, or framed al-Qaeda
in carrying them out. There is a range of opinions about how this might
have been achieved.
The Gypsy Scholar, always trying to keep a sense of humor concerning the ad homenim of "paranoid conspiracy theorist," offers the following dialogue from a 2001 X-FILES episode:

The Gypsy Scholar on the Importance of Language in the Debate About 9/11
While it is of utmost importance that the 9/11 Truth Community’s researchers need to present the evidence for their claim, there is nevertheless a need for them to step back, as it were, and look at the language of the debate itself, especially use of the ad homenim of “conspiracy theory” by both right- and left-wing gatekeepers. Of course, the evidence is where the rubber meets the road, but the ignorant hirelings and hacks of the Official Government Conspiracy Theory use the ad homenim of “conspiracy theory” to dismiss, a priori, whatever evidence that is contrary to the official myth in order to short-circuit debate. Therefore, when this is the strategy (and not particularly the evidence of the case), the 9/11 Truth researchers are obligated to take the game (the case against the Official Conspiracy Theory) to the next level, which is to deconstruct the use of language by the supporters of the Official Conspiracy Theory; i. e., their rhetorical weapons. In other words, the more scholarly of the 9/11 Truth researchers should analyze and make transparent the meta-narrative of the debate. I say this because I think there is a sense in which to understand “what really happened on 9/11” also means to understand what really is happening in the debate about 9/11. And this is because the put-down of the alternative view of what happened on 9/11 is the second stage of the False-Flag/Psy-Operation that was the attack on 9/11. In other words, the original act and its on-going cover-up are actually two aspects of the total Intelligence operation that is designed to usher in the fascist police state. . . .
